Please take a look to the card with my favorite design papers Webster's Pages. I always wanted to do something with this window. It reminds me somehow of Europe, to be precise France....
I entered the card for the Color Throwdown challenge #99: cream-chocolate chip-turquoise (my definition of turquoise) and for the Crazy 4 Sketch C4C44, using ribbon-2 minimum (I can say no problem-I love to play with ribbon!). Also a new challenge: Papertake Weekly-in stitches.
If you haven't notice, this is a small innovation in my cards/scrapbook pages: I'm using the sewing machine!!! I just love the effect. This time the thread is a little bit bright for this card, but the whole card feels different-believe me!
~~~THIS CARD WAS MENTIONED ON~~~
I feel like stamping the whole night through, but I rather go to bed, because tomorrow morning at 6:30, with luck 7:30 my little guy wants his breakfast!
Good night,
This is a gorgeous card! I love that image and the paper! Your sewing is wonderful! Thanks so much for playing in the Throwdown with us!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning. Love the papers, and lace. I have also recently started using my Janome Sew Mini, to do a bit of stitching on my projects. I just love the texture it adds.
