Happy Hellos!

My name is Anna and I'm a Pole living recently in Airdrie (near Calgary in Canada), hopeless in love with paper. Usually sitting in my studio between 8pm and midnight, if my energy lasts that long after another day with a toddler Jakob and a baby Lisa. I love to share my crafts with you, please be my guest!

Almost too late

Hi,
after the crazy week I almost forgot the deadline of Card Patterns #72. Every minute counts!

At least  I'm not late for Colorthrown challenge #101: kiwi kiss, black, craft,  baja breeze.

I hope, you enjoy my oriental card with my new Moroccan Cuttlebug folder;)

Thanks for looking,

I can't believe it!!!!/Nie moge uwierzyc!!!

Hello everyone everywhere!
I can't believe it-my other card was mentioned on colorQ challenge blog as this week's colourQ Courtiers. I'm a proud owner of a badge (see on the left side of my blog). So much recognition in 2 weeks-unbelievable!!! Thanks a lot!

Czesc wszystkim,

Today I like to show you an experiment (totally not my usual style): I made a really sweet card, almost to sweet in my opinion, but I still think, it has something! I entered this card for a Polish challenge: card lift #16. Please take a look at my interpretation.

Oto moja interpretacja:

Take care,

Do zobaczenia,

Yummy challenge Part 2/Smakowite wyzwanie Czesc 2

Hello from the hot Okanagan Valley,
as promised I made a card with herbs, another yummy part of the summer. My favorite is basil! As a big fan of Pesto, in summer only home made. My basil is growing nicely and is on our menu on Friday next week-I can't wait!
Tomorrow my good friend Ateret will receive this card with best wishes for a good season. She is running a Kitchenette (what a gorgeous and original name for a place to eat) next to their winery Silk Scarf.
If you are visiting Okanagan Valley, BC, you must to see and experience this place. Good wine, awesome view and food, you are not enjoying every day!

The card will be entered for the following challenges:
-Mojo 146
-Play Date Cafe Challenge 37

You will hear from soon,

Yummy challenge Part 1/Smakowite wyzwanie Czesc 1

Hello everyone,

I love summer, who doesn't, right? I love summer for all the fruit and herbs. I live close to Keremeos, BC, Canada and there you can't find better place to get fruit!
After I ate almost a kilo of fresh picked cherries in the last 2 days, the message from my belly was sent to my brain as an inspiration to make a card with some fruit, in this case strawberries. I used the JUG #40 sketch for the fruity card, which I also entered for the new challenge Cupcards (2Go) July Challenge:

Tomorrow yummy challenge part 2, this time herbs: basil, thyme....hmmmmm...
Quick note: welcome to my 9th! Follower-Laurel! She is an owner of a scrapbook (already my friend!) and lives in my area. She has a lot of goodies on her website and her service is EXCELLENT (she was visiting her friend in Keremeos and delivered me my order to my house)!!! I was looking long time for a good online store in my area and I found it. Check out her store, you won't regret, particularly if you live in BC (Laurel is from Osoyoos) or Canada.

Take care,
kANNAdyjka

I'm so happy, I could dance the whole night!/Przeszczesliwa!

Hello there,
Yesterday I was surprised by a post on Colorthrown Down: They honourably mentioned my card as "to feast your eyes on". After participating in so many challenges someone have seen my efforts-yupppppppppiii!
You can imagine how much inspiration I have right now. Therefore only short post today with some purses for 2 small ladies: Natalia and Zuzia. They celebrate their B'Days and they are younger than 5 y.o. =)))) I was inspired by Agnieszka-check her blog and amount of followers, no wonder-this girl is mega talented!

The following challenges are covered by this Fun cards:
-ColorQ #40 (: the 2nd purse)
-Shabby Tea Room #17: dry/wet embossing
-Colorthrown Down #100

~~~~WITH THIS CARD I MADE~~~~
CQC #40 colourQueen Courtiers...
I also show you a scrapbook page, I am not that happy with. I hope, Jakob will forgive me the pink color in his scrapbook, but sometimes I also have to play with pink 0)))))
This scrapbook page is for the challenge-Got Sketch #100.
Also the colors fits the Colorthrown Down #100.
Now I'm going for an hour to my "studio" and then to bed: I spend half a day on the beach with Jakob, it was amazing, but very active. I think, I'm tired, also from the sun, nice over 30 degrees Celsius.
Talk to you soon,
kANNAdyjka
Never happened before...
...I wrote two posts in one day/night;)  Well there is always the first time!
Please take a look to the card with my favorite design papers Webster's Pages. I always wanted to do something with this window. It reminds me somehow of  Europe, to be precise France....
I entered the card for the Color Throwdown challenge #99: cream-chocolate chip-turquoise (my definition of turquoise) and for the Crazy 4 Sketch C4C44, using ribbon-2 minimum (I can say no problem-I love to play with ribbon!). Also a new challenge: Papertake Weekly-in stitches.
If you haven't notice, this is a small innovation in my cards/scrapbook pages: I'm using the sewing machine!!! I just love the effect. This time the thread is a little bit bright for this card, but the whole card feels different-believe me!
~~~THIS CARD WAS MENTIONED ON~~~

I feel like stamping the whole night through, but I rather go to bed, because tomorrow morning at 6:30, with luck 7:30 my little guy wants his breakfast!

Good night,
kANNAdyjka

Red sand box/Czerwona piaskownica

Hi,
Good news: Jakob got finally his first sand box, even in red, matching our picnic table and the bench! His father did a great job!
I show you today two scrapbook pages, no with this new sandbox, but also great moments from Jakob's life. I promise, you will see the sandbox on the scrapbook page soon!

The first scrapbook page shows my cousin Marzenka and Jakob being silly. You can see, they found the same language immediately.

The sketch is from Mojo Monday 145, a little bit modified, but I hope, it's no biggie. It was a  lot of fun to work with as usual. The colors come from the Play Date Cafe challenge #36 with this colors:
Other scrapbook page is all about green, coming from City Crafter Challenge Blog and Splitcoaststamper challenge. BTW: the pictures on this page show why Jakob needed a sand box so desperately=)

That's all for today!
